How it settles

In the fourth quarter of the college football game between Penn State and Northwestern, scheduled for October 2 at 8:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Penn State" if Penn State outscore Northwestern by 2 or more points in the fourth quarter. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Northwestern". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
